Stress is inevitable.
Overwhelm doesn't have to be.
If you’re quietly struggling to navigate life’s twists and turns—especially while carrying more than others can see—you don’t have to do it alone.
I support people whose struggles are often quiet: those constantly adapting to systemic and societal pressures, navigating spaces shaped by louder voices and unspoken expectations. If you feel unseen, stretched across worlds, or tired of being boxed in, this work is for you.
This isn’t one-size-fits-all coaching.
It’s embodied support for life transitions, high-pressure environments, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm.
You don’t have to fit into one box to belong here.
You’re invited to come home to yourself.

"Beyond a quick fix. This work changes you."

Therapeutic Coaching® offers a supportive and structured space to pause, reflect, and realign.
Developed by Alex Howard, founder of the evidence-based Optimum Health Clinic and Therapeutic Coaching®, this approach is grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and mind–body research.
My training has been both thorough and integrative, equipping me to work safely and effectively with the emotional and physiological dimensions of stress, overwhelm, and change.
By blending evidence-based coaching techniques with a compassionate, whole-person approach, I support you to uncover what’s holding you back, build inner resilience, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
Together, we focus on practical, sustainable shifts that support lasting growth so you can feel lighter, clearer, and more confident as you move forward.

Workplace Wellness
Let’s partner to create a workplace where people feel safe, valued, and free to bring their purpose—and where your organisational goals are achieved through connection, resilience, and everyday well-being.
With over 20 years of global experience across corporate and NGO sectors, I’m driven by one clear purpose:
-
Supporting individuals and organisations to achieve their goals
-
Transforming stress and healing past wounds
-
Building the resilience to truly thrive
Grounded in a Business Science degree and an Honours in Organisational Psychology (Change Management) from the University of Cape Town, my journey began in Training & Development in the Cape region, expanded in London across head-office, field, and project-based roles, and was deeply shaped by seven years of meditation and yoga practice in Latin America.
Now back in South Africa, I specialise in psycho-education and organisational change interventions that strengthen both people and processes, helping your organisation align structure, capacity, and well-being.
My approach embeds wellness into the fabric of your organisation—not just a quarterly “wellness day” or a stand-alone employee assistance programme, but as an everyday rhythm. Together, we weave well-being into:
-
Policies and procedures
-
Daily practices and routines
-
Team culture and leadership approach
This shifts your organisation from check-box compliance to a culture where care underpins performance.
I bring a full-spectrum toolkit, including:
-
Therapeutic Coaching™, using the award-winning methodology pioneered by the Optimum Health Clinic (UK)
-
Trauma-sensitive modalities, such as emotional resilience coaching, TRE®, yoga, and mindfulness
These tools help individuals and teams address challenges at their deepest roots while supporting lasting organisational change.
The benefits for your organisation are clear:
-
Higher employee satisfaction and engagement
-
Improved productivity and performance
-
Stronger retention and reduced turnover
-
Alignment of well-being with your mission in sustainable, meaningful ways

Serving as chairperson of the Earthchild Project NPC/PBO, I support strategic direction to programs that empower 4,500 children and 150 teachers across eight primary schools in Khayelitsha and Lavender Hill.
These initiatives span yoga, meditation, eco-education, food gardening, life skills, and leadership development.
